Compensation:

• Base Salary: $200,000 annually
• Transition to Commission-Based Compensation once established patient volume is met
• Additional incentives and growth opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
• Develop customized treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient experiences
• Stay current with dental trends and continuing education

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of New York
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
• A commitment to delivering patient-centered care
